Attorneys
Miller Mayer understands that your career is about choices, not trade offs. We provide a firm foundation upon which to develop your legal skills and practice. Our firm culture encourages you to define and pursue your definition of success, while providing support and mentorship during the process. We offer not only professional development and career training programs, but also a personalized mentoring program in which a more senior lawyer takes an active role in helping you achieve the highest level of success and providing support and assistance to help you become an integral and active member of the Miller Mayer team.

We actively recruit qualified lawyers for all of our practices and regularly update our available positions. If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and law school transcript, along with a cover letter, to hrb@millermayer.com. If there is a need at that time and interest on both sides, you will be contacted for a screening interview. If both sides remain interested, you will be invited for a full round of interviews with partners and associates in your desired practice area, as well as with members of our Hiring Committee or Management Committee, or both. We look forward to hearing from you.

Students
We generally offer a summer associate program. We hire first and second-year students for our summer program and during the semester. Our summer associate program provides wide-ranging work opportunities designed to promote interaction between fellow summer associates, attorneys and staff who have chosen to pursue their careers here. Our summer associate program is our primary source of new associate hires and focuses primarily on second-year law students. Summer associates are generally not assigned to specific practice groups and will have the opportunity to select work assignments from a variety of practice groups.
