Elena is a partner at Miller Mayer, LLP, concentrating her practice in health law, not-for-profit and tax exempt organization advising, and complex transactional work. Ms. Flash has extensive experience representing continuing care retirement communities regarding formation, licensing, financing and operations as borrower, developer, manager and bank counsel. Ms Flash also practices real estate law concentrating on commercial development and financing. Ms. Flash has a strong working knowledge of the NYS attorney general regulations related to offering plans for cooperatives, condominiums and home owners associations and has worked with developers, managers and boards of new and existing communities, two of which are co-housing communities. Ms. Flash has served as both borrower and bank counsel on tax exempt bond financings.
