Jim Miller is one of the founding partners of Miller Mayer, LLP.  Jim's practice is concentrated in the areas of matrimonial law and real estate.  Jim has earned a reputation as one of Ithaca's premier matrimonial attorneys.  In addition to extensive trial experience, Mr. Miller engages in Collaborative Law with respect to matrimonial issues.  Jim graduated from Bucknell University in 1975 and the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1978.  He has taught at Ithaca College.  Mr. Miller was the city prosecutor for the City of Ithaca (1980-1981) and an Assistant District Attorney for Tompkins County (1982-1990).  He has served on the board of directors of several not-for-profit organizations.
