Miller Mayer's office is on the seventh floor of the Bank of America Building, on the downtown Ithaca Commons. See the map of the area.

The Bank of America building is on the corner of what would be State and Tioga Streets if these were not blocked off to form the Commons pedestrian walkways, in "Bank Alley." Parking is available nearby, but not right at the building.

 From Danby and other points to the south and southeast, take Route 96B north to Ithaca. Drive past Ithaca College on your right, and down the hill into the City of Ithaca on Aurora Street. Turn left onto Seneca Street, then right onto Tioga Street and right again into the parking garage.

 From the northeast area, or from West Hill, take Route 13 south to Green Street and proceed east on Green street. Just past the public library, turn into the parking lot.

From the Corning/Elmira area or other points to the south and southwest, take Route 13 north to Ithaca, turn right onto Green Street, and proceed as above.

 From points west or northwest of Ithaca, take Route 79 east, or Routes 89 or 96 south, to the Octopus, then follow Route 79 east to Route 13. Turn right.  From Ithaca's East Hill area or other points to the east, take Route 79 west and down the hill. Within the City of Ithaca, you are on East State Street. At the bottom of the hill, when you reach the Commons, turn right onto Aurora Street, left onto Seneca Street, then right onto Tioga and again into the parking garage.
