Hayden Brainard, Jr.

Mr. Brainard is an accomplished attorney with extensive expertise in corporate and commercial real estate law. He delivers thorough and strategic counsel to a diverse clientele, including entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises. His practice encompasses critical domains, including business formation and governance, commercial real estate financing, acquisition and sale transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, intellectual property licensing and protection, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and licensing, and succession planning.

Mr. Brainard is a member of the New York State bar and the U.S. Supreme Court. He received his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and his M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His undergraduate degree in Economics is from Syracuse University.
