Kristal Ozmun is an associate at Miller Mayer, LLP concentrating her practice in immigration and corporate law. Ms. Ozmun specializes in the representation of EB-5 Immigrant Investors and EB-5 Regional Centers. Her EB-5 Regional Center practice includes advising clients on matters related to both immigration and corporate and securities law, including designation, governance, compliance, and private placements.
Ms. Ozmun received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2008 where she was a member of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law. She was a visiting student at the University of Lund in the Summer of 2006 where she studied International Human Rights Law and International Contracts Law. She received her B.A. in Biology from the College of Charleston in 2004.
