Because of the substantial fees incurred in connection with adjustment of status applications, we ask that you send to us the appropriate fees for each application we will file on your behalf.  Please forward SEPARATE checks for the fees listed below, EACH payable to “U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY”.  The current fees are as follows:

Form I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status (14 years of age or older) - $325.00

Form I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status (under 14 years of age) - $225.00

Form I-765 Application for Work Authorization - $180.00

Form I-131 Application for Advance Parole - $170.00

Fingerprint Fee (for each adjustment applicant 14 years of age or older) - $70.00

Penalty Fee (for out-of-status applicant) -  $1,00.00
