Letter From Principal Alien’s Employer In Lieu of Form I-134 Affidavit Of Support

The Nebraska Service Center accepts a letter from a principal alien’s employer in lieu of Form I-134, Affidavit of Support.  The letter, on the employer’s stationery, should include the following:

1) Full name of the principal alien.  

2) Full job title.  

3) Current salary.  

4) Whether position is temporary or not.  

5) Signature of authorized employer representative.  

Please address the letter to the Nebraska Service Center

 Send the original letter to our office for submission to the USCIS (formerly known as the “INS”) with the adjustment of status package.
