FY 2013 H-1B Petitions Coming In Fast So Far

According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, over 22,000 cap-subject H-1B petitions have been filed as of mid-April – twice the rate as last year's at the same time. If this keeps up, the H-1B cap could be reached quickly.
